/ Serene grace:  The chances of a move having a secondary effect is doubled.

Bio: When Jirachi came across a Spectrum Realm while traveling through time with Celebi. The effects of the realm transformed Jirachi into a stonger form. Spectrum Jirachi has the ability to create any wish to anyone who finds it in Artra. On a eerie night a girl wandered through mist that over took the town she eventually got lost and found a light she followed it for a hour and reached a cave where the mist disappeared and the girl had found Spectrum Jirachi. The girl granted 1 wish to create a world where she will no longer be lonely. Jirachi disappeared into the mist and created a new island and created a whole new life of pokemon. The new island location is unknown but a whole Generation of pokemon inhabit the island, new people appeared and it didnt take long for the media to discover the new Island. Generation 2. Where the new life will begin to help the world.

Notes: Spectrum Jirachi creates my Gen 2 with the wish from a lost girl. The girl grows up to be the Elite 4 Champion. Gen 2 will kick off for its grand opening towards December or early Jan 2015.
